It is a sigh of relief for civilised section of Bihar to have Mr.Nitish Kumar as head of state,after fifteen years of total disorder. How it had been a complete governmentless state,how it had been a horrifying chaos,how it had been a freighening nightmare.People could not dare to come out of their houses after dusk. Health centres wore deserted look. Women hardly ever did participate in Panchayat election.There were no roads,they were too bumpy. Being a Bihari had become like a curse,being called a Bihari was an abuse.
